  • Conduct instructional supervision to achieve learning outcomes
  • Supervise teacher’s upkeep of students’ learning records to ensure improved learning outcomes
  • Strengthen literacy and numeracy activities through Project LEARNS: Learners Equipped with Ameliorated Reading and Numeracy Skills
  • Come up contextualized lesson guides and worksheets through Project AKLAT: Access on KSA-based Learning Activities in Teaching
  • Organize and conduct Professional Development activities to improve teacher’s performance and teaching-learning process (LAC sessions for Key Stages 1 and 2 shall be institutionalized.)
  • Evaluate regularly and analyze school personnel performance for management decision (Performance evaluation of teachers by learners and stakeholders shall be conducted twice a school year: Mid and Year-end period.)
  • Supervise all school personnel to ensure equitable and appropriate distribution of workloads (Each teacher complies with 6-hour actual teaching hours and additional 2 hours for related activities to complete the 8-hour work policy.)
  • Embrace technological advancement in delivering education amid trying times
  • Maximize the use of online learning modality that suits with the community context to ensure continued provision of free and liberating education
  • Initiate school-based project that promotes development of communication system/process

(Project SIDP: Strengthening Information Dissemination Process is initiated to keep parents posted from information on school core activities)

  • Capacitate teachers’ skill on ICT integration in teaching and learning process
  • Assist teachers in compliance of reports to ensure delays of submission are avoided
  • Establish linkages with stakeholders to improve learning outcomes and other key performance indicators
  • Start-up SBM practices for a better learning outcome
  • Implement School-based Project FREED: Forging Resounding Efforts against Emerging Diseases in time health crisis such as COVID-19.
  • Communicate regularly learners’ needs, progress, accomplishment and school PPAs
  • Implement Project MCES: Mandusanon Citizens are Educated and Spirit-blessed (Heroic and other patriotic activities shall be revitalized and monthly bible verse shall be integrative in teaching and learning delivery.)
  • Instill in them the value of environment preservation and protection through greening program and Solid Waste Management
  • Equip them with disaster related knowledge and skills to ensure resiliency in the midst of any disaster to come
  • Initiate innovations to provide safe and child friendly learning environment for learners
  • Implement school-based Project SAFE: Strategic Access to Fine-tuned Environment
  • Come-up functional School Site Development Plan that impacts long-term outcomes
  • Safeguard or safe keep school properties to ensure accountabilities are taken care of
  • Adhere to DepEd standards about earning environment improvement
  • Manage timely and accurately all school resources such as MOOE, PTA, Canteen Proceeds, Donations, etc. in accordance with DepEd policies and accounting rules and regulations and other pertinent guidelines
  • Lead in the crafting/revisiting of data-based SIP/AIP and ensured involvement of stakeholders
  • Implement the memorandized and other school PAPs
  • Come up unified and simplified tools to help facilitate ease in compliance of required reports
  • Implement Project AWARDEd: Appreciating Works/Actions that Result Development in Education
  • Monitor and evaluate all school core activities to ensure strengths are sustained while development needs are addressed
